31/07/2009Dana LaingDear sir/madam:   I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of the hotel and the staff. I stayed at your hotel from July 26th to July 31st. During which I had food poison from another restaurant. The manager instructed the chef to cook Chinese noodle which helped me to pass the days when I could not eat an English breakfast. It tasted so good and just like home.   I will definitely stay again at your hotel on my next trip to Hungerford.

They were full of praise for the whole experience, including the room and the staff, and said the dinner (served in the bar as it was a Sunday evening) was one of the best meals they had ever eaten, even better than at their son's 5* hotel!rn Not experienced it myself, but they were so gushing in their praise, I thought it worth a mention. rn

20/06/2009Via LateroomsA Lovely room overlooking a beautifull stream with brown trout splashing up and down.A beautifull area to stay, meals in the hotel a little pricey ,a delightfull Hotel, where excellent service and food was enjoyed,will defiinately stay again. 

05/06/2009Anonymous Via Laterooms Hotel is stylish - some noise from wedding reception as we were the room closest to the self contained annex this is used for. Fine if you are at the wedding! Lovely egyptian cotton sheets. 

01/06/2009N Thompson via LateroomsThe room was adequate. I have stayed in better but also stayed in a lot worse.I found the food was quite expensive - eg: Soup £8.95, but i was eating out anyway. However the staff were very helpful & friendly
